Ceremonial opening of the Karlsruhe Research Factory

In bright spring weather, in the best of moods and with around 500 guests, the Karlsruhe Research Factory for AI-integrated Production was ceremonially opened on March 28, 2022. The event was attended by the minister president of Baden-Württemberg, Winfried Kretschmann, and the two ministers Dr. Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut and Theresia Bauer, among others.

The three partners of the Research Factory – the wbk Institute of Production Science at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) as well as the Fraunhofer Institute of Optronics, System Technologies and Image Exploitation IOSB and the Fraunhofer Institute of Chemical Technology ICT – would like to thank everyone who made the event a success by coming or participating!
